Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during these periods. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days (Available in select locations)

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or carrier issues.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: CBK USApparel ships to addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, delivery times may be extended for these locations.

International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our shipping options in the future.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages: CBK USApparel is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

  1. Verify the shipping address you provided.

  2. Check with household members or neighbors who may have received the package.

  3. Contact the carrier for delivery details.

  4. Reach out to our customer support for further assistance.

Returns Due to Undeliverable Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
